Buying or selling a property is rarely just a transaction. It’s a decision tied to lifestyle, timing, finances, and often a fair bit of uncertainty. My role is to help you navigate that with clear, practical guidance and a focus on what matters most to you.

I work with buyers and sellers across Fredericton and the surrounding regions of New Brunswick, including waterfront properties, rural acreages, in-town residences, and vacant land. Each of these markets has its own nuances, and understanding those differences matters. I bring a perspective shaped by both lived and professional experience, including an understanding of how properties function, not just how they look. That means helping clients see past the surface, identifying risks, recognizing opportunities, and asking the questions that don’t always make it onto the listing sheet.

For buyers, the focus is on finding a property that fits your life. That includes neighbourhood feel, commute, and future resale potential, along with identifying risks that may not be immediately obvious. My role is to ask the right questions, keep things clear, and negotiate on your behalf so you can move forward with confidence.

For sellers, presentation and strategy matter. I work with professional photographers and develop a tailored marketing approach for each listing. Alongside that, I offer honest advice on pricing, positioning, and negotiation so you can make informed decisions at every step.

Outside of real estate, I co-founded and serve as President of Lily’s Place Animal Sanctuary, a registered charity in New Brunswick. That work reflects the same values I bring to every client relationship: a strong sense of responsibility, a willingness to advocate, and a commitment to doing the right thing even when it’s not the easiest path.
